Advance Care Planning Virtual Education
Monthly - 1st Wednesday @ 10:30amBeaumont Respecting Choices is offering a free group session to assist you in understanding advance care planning and the completion of an advance directive. An advance directive is a legal document that clearly reflects your values and individualized goals of care. Choosing someone to speak for you if you could not communicate or make your own medical decisions is an essential part of advance care planning. We offer these services free of charge.
We encourage all adults 18 + to have an advance care planning conversation, complete an advance directive document and designate a patient advocate.
