A wide bore MRI is a type of diagnostic testing procedure offered at Beaumont. It is the same as a traditional MRI with one difference; a larger opening. These scanners boast openings up to 70 centimeters wide along with much shorter tubes to further promote an open experience.
It is important to note that some tests may require a more traditional scanner. This will be determined prior to testing.
