SERVICES

Our services include:

  • Skilled nursing / rehabilitation: Board-certified doctors, credentialed nurses, registered dietitians and therapists care for seniors in home-like settings. Electronic records and other shared resources ensure that seniors transferred from the hospital continue to receive quality care.
