The optimal aging exercise program is a medically oriented health and fitness program developed specifically for healthy adults (60+ years of age) who wish to maintain or improve health, fitness and functional independence. The hour-long, joint-friendly exercise sessions are led by trained and certified exercise professionals three days per week.

Who is eligible to participate?
Men and women ages 60 and older who have completed a recent physical examination and who do not have any diagnosed cardiovascular disease. A physician referral is required for entry.
