Location: West Bloomfield High School
Address: 4925 Orchard Lake Rd, West Bloomfield, MI 48323

Registration will open to West Bloomfield students in mid- December and to the public in January.

NOTICE: If you are seeking a screening because your child is complaining of a concerning symptom such as chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, or palpitations, follow up immediately with your child’s physician. Student Heart Check is not intended as a supplement to immediate medical care in the case of any heart-related symptoms, or in replacement of a cardiology appointment or heart tests your physician recommends your student have. In those cases, physicians should write a referral to cardiology.

Get Notified for Upcoming Screenings

Student Heart Check screenings are for ages 13-18. Please fill out the form to be notified of when screening registration is open to the public. We will not advertise the screening registration for each event until the host school has time to advertise to their own students for priority registration.

Notification from this list does not guarantee an appointment at the screening. We will provide you with a link to register your student, which fill quickly. You will receive an email for the upcoming screening only.
