Guiding Hearts Support Group is a free, patient-led group, aimed at providing education and support for adult cardiac patients and their families.
What can I expect from attending a meeting?
At each meeting, a Beaumont healthcare professional will discuss a different topic, related to heart disease, followed by open group questions and discussion.

Beaumont Health and Wellness Center Conference Rooms 3 & 4.
