Pediatric Urology Treatment at Beaumont
Beaumont's pediatric urologists have advanced fellowship training that prepares them to work exclusively with infants, children and adolescents.
Whenever possible, we choose minimally invasive surgical procedures for the children we treat. Many surgeries are performed in the family-centered, child-friendly Ghesquiere Family Center for Children’s Surgery.
These procedures help prevent unnecessary tissue disruption and help speed healing. The laparoscopic approach also allows for less complications compared to traditional, open surgery.
