Pediatric nephrology


The Beaumont Children’s nephrology program provides advanced care for children with a wide range of disorders including those with transient conditions such as acute kidney injury that may require acute dialysis in an intensive care setting as well as patients with chronic conditions such as hypertension and chronic kidney disease.

Our nephrology program is dedicated to offering a welcoming, family-centered patient care environment. Our staff is committed to providing expert, compassionate care to each of our pediatric patients, as well as responding to the concerns and needs of parents and family members. At Beaumont Children’s, your child will have access to a wide range of medical treatments and technology.

Our mission is to help children with kidney disorders attain the best kidney health possible, and to assist families and primary care physicians in providing high-quality care at home. Our team works hand-in-hand with other specialists such as urologists, general surgeons and interventional radiologists to ensure every patient receives the highest quality of care.
