Getting Here

Parking is available directly outside the orewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital Care Center - 1555 E South Blvd. Patients can call the office if they need assistance, and we will send someone down to help. Wheelchairs are located inside, next to the door. Take elevators to the 3rd floor. Exit elevators and take the hallway to the right. We are located down the long hallway, the last office door on the left.
