Corewell Health’s Beaumont Children's, a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, is announcing the many ways people in Southeast Michigan can make a positive difference in children’s lives in the coming months.
Shoppers have the opportunity this holiday season to cross items off their shopping list while supporting patients at Corewell Health’s Beaumont Children’s through the campaigns listed below.
Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) is a nonprofit organization that relies on the generosity of others to support its efforts, and most of the program’s funding is raised one dollar at a time. All donations made to CMN locally are used to provide life-saving equipment and programs at Beaumont Children’s, the only Children’s Miracle Network Hospital in Southeast Michigan.
Valvoline Instant Oil Change Campaign
Nov. 1- 30
Valvoline Instant Oil Change locations will offer customers an opportunity to make a donation to Children’s Miracle Network during their next visit. In exchange, customers will receive a coupon for $10 off their next oil change and can choose to be recognized by writing their name on a CMN Miracle Balloon to be hung within the facility. There are 26 corporate-owned locations participating throughout Southeast Michigan that support Beaumont Children’s.
7-Eleven and Speedway P8 Campaign
Nov. 1 thru Jan. 9, 2024
Customers of all 161 participating 7-Eleven and 111 Speedway locations in SE Michigan will have the option to donate at the register to help support programs of Beaumont Children’s throughout the holidays and into the New Year.
Ace Hardware Holiday Round Up
Nov. 1-Dec. 31
Participating Ace Hardware locations will ask shoppers to round up their purchase to the next dollar during Ace Hardware’s annual Holiday Round Up campaign.
Extra Life Game Day – Calling all Gamers!
Nov. 4
Extra Life is a peer-to-peer fundraising program that unites thousands of gamers around the world to play games in support of their local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. In Detroit, Extra Life gamers support Beaumont Children’s. Extra Lifers pledge to play games, ask for donations and spread awareness for kids being treated at Beaumont Children’s on Game Day. Sign up to participate as an individual or start a team at extra-life.org.
Speedway “Go For It” Push Days
Nov. 10, Nov. 28, and Dec. 8
There are 111 Speedway locations throughout Southeast Michigan. During these special push days, Speedway employees will ask for donations to CMN from every customer each time they make a purchase inside the store. Donations help support kids who receive treatment at Beaumont Children’s.
World’s Famous Chocolate Bars at Ace Hardware, Ongoing
Ace Hardware stores offer a variety of World's Famous Chocolate Bars for $1/ each – with 48 cents from each bar going directly to CMN. They make great stocking stuffers!
