“We all need to remain aware and safe as we begin to loosen restrictions on gathering with friends and family,” said Dr. Nick Gilpin, Beaumont’s director of infectious disease and epidemiology. “Proper handwashing, frequently wiping down surfaces, staying 6 feet apart when possible, and being cautious of sharing things like food are all important to keep us safe.”
