Hiring Policies

In order to fulfill our mission to provide compassionate, extraordinary care every day, all employees must receive the COVID-19 and influenza vaccine upon hire. The influenza vaccine is also required annual thereafter. Any request for accommodation for medical or religious reasons must be submitted in writing upon hire. The request will be reviewed and may require additional documentation.

We provide a nicotine-free workplace. All newly hired employees will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment health screen prior to starting employment. The pre-employment health screen includes but is not limited to a drug screen, immunizations or blood titers for communicable diseases, TB testing and influenza vaccination, COVID vaccination and other job specific requirements.
