From 2007-2011, she worked at Ascension Providence Hospital – Novi Campus, where she collaborated in opening a new innovative emergency department that enhanced high-quality care. After four years, she transitioned to Henry Ford Allegiance Health,
where she was instrumental in achieving their first Magnet designation and developed/launched a nursing residency for the critical care division.
Gillian comes to Beaumont after serving as administrative director of Nursing for Detroit Medical Center’s Huron Valley Sinai Hospital. During her two-year tenure, she restructured staffing and finance grids to positively impact employee and patient
satisfaction and led the facility through a successful Joint Commission survey.
She earned her master’s and bachelor’s in nursing from the American Sentinel University. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in nursing practice at Spring Arbor University.
