Corewell Health is the new name for Beaumont.

Beaumont Center for Mindfulness

The Beaumont Center for Mindfulness mission is to offer life changing, experiential community learning to diverse populations that addresses the causes of suffering and illness rather than treating the symptoms. The vision is to be recognized as a progressive leader in mindfulness education and outcomes research.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the awareness that arises from paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally.

Mindfulness training has been shown to positively impact overall well-being, mental health and physical health. Mindfulness training also supports a non-pharmacological approach to pain management.
